Jack Canfield on Healing With the Masters

Jack-canfield-about
Last Tuesday we had Jack Canfield on the show for an amazing evening of change and opportunities to approach life in an embracing and full on manner.

What an AMAZING talk from a remarkable loving man. I feel so honored that Jack not only came on the show but shared such a depth of content  and heart during his talk with us…

He walked us through his daily routine, which alone is worth gold, this guy does not waste minute, he uses every second as an opportunity to grow and thrive and love. If you were to just apply this strategy daily, your life would COMPLETELY change. He showed us the essentials of visualization, how to change from reaction to to response, applying his own "the hour of power" each day. He reviewed Michael Beckwith's 4 stages of spiritual development (victim, Manipulator / Manifestor, Channel and Being) and his own experiences within this model. He reviewed  his own reaction/outcome equation (E+R=O), and the 3 kinds of responses. AND he gave us wonderful anecdotal stories of applying all this information.

Here is a snippet of just his daily routine:

Well, the main practices I have is when I get up in the morning, I meditate for about 20 minutes and sometimes longer if I have more time.  I have cards, one for each of my goals.  I have goals in seven areas of my life.  I have goals every year.  And so there’s financial goals, career goals, there are goals for my body and fitness and health, goals for my relationships, goals for what I call personal, just things I want to do, possessions, places I want to go and visit, etc. and fun and recreation goals which most people don’t have.

Mine has included things like taking improvisational theater class, learn to play the guitar, things like that.  And then I have goals for making a difference in the world, goals for legacy and contribution.  So I have 21 goals.  I look at the card and on one side is the goal with a date.  I teach how much by when so that there’s a time and space to the goal.  And on the other side I write an affirmation.  I might have an affirmation that God is my infinite supply and large sums come to me quickly and easily under the grace of God as I earn $8 million-a-year income.

And then I close my eyes and I visualize that goal as if it’s already achieved and I feel the feeling I would feel if I already had it.  Sometimes the feeling is appreciation.  Sometimes the feeling is a feeling of power or a feeling of security or a feeling of love or a feeling of joy, a feeling of enthusiasm or passion, whatever it might be.  It takes me about 30 seconds per goal to do that.  As I tell people, when you first create a visual image for your goal, it’s like making a movie.  It takes, on average, 22 weeks or longer to make a movie, but it only takes an hour and a half to two hours to watch it.  So once you put in the time to create that vision, then it takes very little time to bring up the picture.  It’s more like a little slide show of moving pictures.  And then after I finish that, I exercise.  I do yoga in the morning.

I do all that, I take a shower and do my normal day.  At the end of the day, I do a thing called the daily review and this is a very important practice that most people don’t do.  I sit down and I just take a few deep breaths and get into a more center place, and I ask my unconscious mind to show me images from the day where I wasn’t who I would choose to be.  Now I can do that a number of ways.  I could say if I’m working on being more loving or appreciative in my life, I could say show me where I could have been more loving and appreciative.  If I’m working on saying no, which is actually something I’m working on right now, having more boundaries so I won’t commit, and so I would say where could I have said no today that I didn’t?  Where did I give away myself, my time, whatever?  And then images come up of all these memories of when you could have been more loving or when you could have been on purpose or whatever words you’re working with.  And then I will visualize doing it the way I would have liked to have done it have I been more conscious.  And what that does is it lays down a blueprint in the mind for the next time so that we’re training ourselves to respond from a place of intention rather from a place of reactivity.

In the evening, I will also do a little meditation, a little more yoga before I go to bed.  I have something I call the hour of power that I teach and I usually live it, which is you want to spend 20 minutes a day minimum meditating, 20 minutes a day minimum exercising and 20 minutes a day reading something uplifting and empowering.

I used to read a book a day.  I took a speed reading course and a photo-reading course and I figured we’re living in the information age and I was doing Chicken Soup for the Soul books, I was reading lots of stories.  But I found that I was not retaining as much as I wanted to.  I go back a year later and read my underlines and it’s like I haven’t read the book.

NOW imagine just doing that everyday and where you might be in 6 months, 12 months? Your life would completely change. I think in these times the more we dedicate to our commitment to our life, growth and fulfillment the more we have to give others.

Jen Blakert on Healing With The Masters

The folks over at Evolution Ezine wrote about Jen Blakert's talk on Healing With the Masters… It is almost a lovely poem so I thought I would share that with you this week instead of my own version (to see the original at Evolution click here)Jenblackurt

Jen Blackert helps people become more wealthy.

That’s what she does, and she does it on a very large scale.

She is very good at it because she has a very clear, very deep understanding of what wealth is.

Do you know what it is?

If you think that you can measure your wealth by the amount of money in the bank then think again.

Money is not something that can be chased and captured, it is as fleeting as a butterfly.

Instead, wealth is what we are when all the $$ is gone.

What our passions are and how we focus them.

Our desires and our networks and our clarity of purpose.

When we stay clear and focused on who we are in this way.

Then a path is opened to monetize our passion.

What Jen does is not teach people how to chase and capture butterflies (ie money)

Instead, she helps those she serves create and care for beautiful butterfly gardens.

And once the garden is created, well, then…

The butterflies come and stay with joy.

Compliments of Evolution Ezine

It Just Doesn't Matter

Fear
I have received several emails last week and this week from somewhat frantic subscribers that are simply terrified about the economic downturn and what it means.

They have been frightened by those in the psychic sector and even the professional financial realm that are predicting the direst of circumstances. Almost doomsday kind of stuff.

They want me to check in with my intuition to see if these predictions were "true."

I did feel into these things and here is what I got:

It just doesn’t matter.

What matters is where is your state of abundance mind set.

If any prediction is scaring you then use it to access the piece of you that is ready to let go of that fear (that is why it is showing up).

This financial crisis is all about a bunch of people believing what they think is a truth to them. It is, and therefore, it becomes. Your beliefs about abundance will show up for you as well, and mine will show up for me.

What I personally do and what I do with my clients is check in… is this information sticking to me (i.e. is it triggering a reaction)? If it is then I pause and ask into my body and access the part of me that has attracted that fear in order for me to let go of it.

So use that fear that is creeping in, it showed up because you asked for something different and it is showing you the places that are holding the fear.

Go to those places within you and ask into those areas what is going on, what you need around this fear, what are the next steps. Go inside and feel the peace and the love that your really are. Use what shows up in your life to remind you what you are really wanting and where you are pointing your vibration.

Are there big changes a foot? You bet!

Are we in danger? NEVER.

~It is all in perfect beautiful divine order~

SOOOO come to my Heal Your Life ~ Heal Your Abundance workshop, you can participate from your living room by watching the virtual streaming version (this is recorded too) and I will take you to these places of fear within you to reveal the true peace and love that is really there.

Recession is a state of mind

RecessionA couple of hundred thousand people have lost their jobs. That is incredibly challenging for those who are experiencing this. But even for those who are in this situation there is opportunity here. I have spoken in my many talks about The Compression Theory… we ask for something that we want and everything that is not in alignment with that dream will show up to be release. If you are looking for your dream job –and you are NOT in that dream job– you may be forced out in order to pursue your dream (just one small example). It is all here for you, ALL of it.

I am already hearing the “yeah buts,”  but, I don’t have any money, but, I have to look for another job and that will take all my time, but, I am not in a good space now because I am scared. I get that, I have been there too.

The absolute BEST thing you can do for yourself is change your mind about all of this by doing a very simple exercise: feel into what is REALLY going on. Feel into the energy of where you are right now and I guarantee that you will see a flicker of the light at the end of that big ‘ole tunnel. That alone can dramatically change your energy. Then get into the habit of using those moments of fear and panic as the sign that it is time to go inside again and feel the opportunities coming your way.

Let’s get back to this whole notion of recession: 11% or more are now unemployed,  that means that there are 89% that are in the same financial position as they were a year ago, prior to this so called recession. Let’s be fair here and say that 80% of all of us are in the same if not a better position (I talk to literally dozens of people weekly that are telling me they are actually doing better (and I am one of those). What is happening is a state of mind– that 11% is telling the 80% that they could be in trouble too, so DON’T SPEND.  Guess what happens? They don’t spend so more will lose their jobs. These 80% have exactly what they have always had and yet fear is stopping them. And guess what fear will create for them… yep you got it, their circumstances will likely reflect their fear and they may go into poverty.

Your personal job is to see the opportunity that is right before you, see that it truly is thought creating reality. Here are a few things you can do to overcome the fears:

  • DON’T WATCH THE NEWS, it is just going to make you afraid and it is not real, you make your life.
  • Your credit score is a false sense of financial well being, if it goes down it has NOTHING to do with your self worth. I know lots of people with terrible credit scores that just use cash and they are doing very well. I know someone with a 560 score that bought a BMW for mostly cash and some credit!
  • Use many of the free gifts so many in the spiritual community are offering here is just one 777SelfHelp   [Note once you sign up you have to wade through a sales page, just scroll to the bottom and click on the "no thanks..." link]
  • Use the moments of anxiety to go inside, here is a link to a free audio I offer that can take you inside and release some of this anxiety. Here is the link to a talk I did with at least 6 clearing techniques, (This is FREE!!)
  • Spend some money and feel the flow of giving that it sets off. I am not saying go and spend all your savings, but stop holding back out of fear. If you want something and feel you can handle the expense then buy it, it keeps the energy going.
  • Here is one from Abraham Hicks, put a $100 bill in your wallet. Whenever you are out and about, if you see something you might like, you can say with all certainty, “I could buy that, I have $100 right here.” You don’t have to buy it but feel into how it makes you feel that you could.
  • (OK here is some shameless promotion) buy my Abundance/Recession audio, it is 47 minutes of clearing the recession from your essence and creating the energy of abundance AND a soul song to help the energy along (while healing the whole global economy).
  • OR come to my Heal Your Life ~ Heal Your Business workshop it is available virtually streaming live and recorded, or you can come in person. It is designed to heal the obstacles to wealth then provide info for you to truly start and run your own business.
  • If you have products, FEEL into the product and how it is serving your customers. Feel how they are changing by having your product. Care about how they are receiving it… this can make a HUGE difference. Feel them WANTING to pay you the value of the energy exchange for this product.
  • Be grateful for whatever you have. Do you have $10 in the bank? Be profoundly grateful for that. Do you have enough to pay this month’s electricity? Then be profoundly grateful for that. Do you have people who care about you and love and support you whether you are rich or poor… that is huge, feel you heart melt right now as you think about those who love you. Here is a link to a short but profound gratitude body dialog session (it's free too!).
  • Know that all is in absolute divine order and that what you want is coming toward you no matter how today looks… if you know that, if you go inside right now and even feel a glimmer of that, it opens your energy to receive.
  • Feel into the 80% who are just fine and feel into them opening to this kind of information, see them reading these kinds of things and sense their relaxation and opening (listen to the Soul Song of the Economy as you do this and it will contribute that much more).
  • Know that you know… and that your are fine, no matter what happens all is well and you can change your perception of it (even if for 17 seconds) and you will start to feel that knowing.
  • I love you all so very much! Feel that, allow that to soak in, you are, and always will be, loved and cherished.

Find the love that you are no matter what is up.

Being There – Resistance for Ease

Beingthere
I am watching the movie Being There with Peter Sellers. It is about a man who was literally raised by the television. He has very little vocabulary and talks about gardening. He is thrown into the world after his only caretaker dies. Through a series of circumstances he is seen almost as a savior because his world view is so simple… when he speaks people think he is speaking in metaphors and they read whatever they want into what he is speaking.

Through the movie we guffaw at these silly people not seeing what is really happening. But then the final scene in the movie is the Peter Sellers character walking on water… designed to really make you think if this simplicity isn’t really the answer to overcoming the illusion of our lives (my interpretations).

The ultimate intrigue of the movie is that Shirley McLain is in it and it was filmed right when she came out of the spiritual closet and risked her career to show us some new insights on what life might be. ALSO this was Peter Sellers last film, he died not to long after this move came out.

So how often do I use complicated words and images and processes to improve what is really a simple thing. How about you? What in your life could be completely simplified to the point of creating a new sense of ease and effortlessness?

Many times the things we are most worried about are the things that are ready to be simplified.

Simplified might mean re-organizing, it may mean downsizing, it may mean leaving a job or a relationship. Our resistance to these things that are coming to us (because they are there to help us) is sometimes the only thing holding us back from an easier fulfilled life. “Resistance is futile,” “what your resist persists “are well know quotes that resonate deep. The resistance piece is the evidence that there is something to review, to notice to go deeper with. This resistance can also show up as making a big decision, going for the new job or career, moving in with your significant other, having a baby, taking responsibility for something that appeared to go “wrong” (there is never ANY wrong it all just is on our path to a juicy life adventure). So what are you resisting, how can you change your angle of perception to see it in a new light, one of simplicity and ease?

What is showing up in your life to illustrate both ease and resistance? Use these as evidence or examples of what works and what doesn’t work. Use the tension it brings to go into your body and explore the tension, ask into it, what does it have to show you? What does it (ultimately you) need? Follow the path that resistance is showing you and/or feel into the good that ease is showing you.

What are you missing?

P8250331
This is something that has been going around the internet again and was sent to me by one of my subscribers:

A man sat at a metro station in Washington DC and started to play the violin; it was a cold January morning. He played six Bach pieces for about 45 minutes. During that time, since it was rush hour, it was calculated that thousands of people went through the station, most of them on their way to work.

Three minutes went by and a middle aged man noticed there was musician playing. He slowed his pace and stopped for a few seconds and then hurried up to meet his schedule.

A minute later, the violinist received his first dollar tip: a woman threw the money in the till and without stopping continued to walk.

A few minutes later, someone leaned against the wall to listen to him, but the man looked at his watch and started to walk again. Clearly he was late for work.

The one who paid the most attention was a 3 year old boy. His mother tagged him along, hurried but the kid stopped to look at the violinist. Finally the mother pushed hard and the child continued to walk turning his head all the time. This action was repeated by several other children. All the parents, without exception, forced them to move on.

In the 45 minutes the musician played, only 6 people stopped and stayed for a while. About 20 gave him money but continued to walk their normal pace. He collected $32. When he finished playing and silence took over, no one noticed it. No one applauded, nor was there any recognition.

No one knew this but the violinist was Joshua Bell, one of the best musicians in the world. He played one of the most intricate pieces ever written with a violin worth 3.5 million dollars.

Two days before his playing in the subway, Joshua Bell sold out at a theater in Boston and the seats average $100.

This is a real story. Joshua Bell playing incognito in the metro station was organized by the Washington Post as part of an social experiment about perception, taste and priorities of people. The outlines were: in a commonplace environment at an inappropriate hour: Do we perceive beauty? Do we stop to appreciate it? Do we recognize the talent in an unexpected context?

One of the possible conclusions from this experience could be:

If we do not have a moment to stop and listen to one of the best musicians in the world playing the best music ever written, how many other things are we missing?

So maybe now it the time to to pause and think about what you love… and do that. Call a old friend or relative you haven't talked to in a while. Go for a hike or walk. Read a good novel. Make a great meal. Listen to some amazing music that fills your heart. Love yourself.

Trust… Faith… how to dicover it

We had a marvelous session last night with Sandra Lemieux the minister, intuitive life coach and energy medicine practitioner on Healing With The Masters – The Daily Work. Sandra did a session with one the audience members that was a catalyst for each person on the call. There were shared tears and rememberings that brought us all to a new place.

We talked about the importance of seeking our inner guidance and trusting that. We reviewed how important our emotional compass is to directs us the the true course of our life, using the joys AND the sorrows to discover what gifts they can reveal to us… what we are ready to release, and what we can now embrace.

We covered how we don't have to be "nice" that we can actually move on from unwanted situations. In fact it is our duty to ourselves as well as those we are leaving. That we actually do a disservice to those who we are in conflict by not acknowledging that it is harming us and not taking care of ourselves.

ALSO Sandra offered an amazing special buy 1 session and get the 2nd session with her for half price ($150 total A $50 savings), AND/or invest in a month of coaching and get the second month for 1/2 price (a $300 savings)! For the coaching you will receive 4, 1.5 hour coaching sessions (X2 months). Sandra is also my coach so I can tell you first hand that you will change! Just send her an email to sandra@lemusing.com to book your coaching and/or sessions.

So much on this telseminar called to the hearts of so many.

If you have not done so, you can sign up at www.healingwiththemasters.com to receieve the dial up information for Thursday's call with Keith and Maura Leon and you can still hear the recording of the call with Sandra until tomorrow night. Once you sign up you can still purchase this series and own these remarkable healing calls yourself to listn to and remind you of who you really are.

Gregg Braden, Lynne McTaggart, Joe Vitale, Eric Pearl…

Announcing Healing With The Masters – The Daily Work Volume II

Several years ago I had a dream of bringing some of my most
important spiritual influences to an audience of like minded individuals. I
dreamt of having one-on-one conversations with those who changed my life, and
introduce them to thousands more to help them find new ways of living and
growing into their next best version of themselves. I visualized an audience
who, like me, had explored, healed and evolved in many ways, and is now looking
to join others to find new answers and explore deeper hidden places within and
without.

With over 18,000 plays and downloads of the calls from the
marvelous speakers of the first spring program, my dream has indeed become a
reality. AND now I have expanded the program to two nights a week (Tuesdays and
Thursdays), and attracted the cutting edge of new thought leadership to this
fall program…

I am SO excited to announce Volume II of the Healing With
The Masters – The Daily Work program…

http://www.healingwiththemasters.com

If you were drawn to this post you likely know the people mentioned in the headline… those four AMAZING

be having intimate conversations with these "masters" and you can listen in and
interact with each of them every Tuesday and Thursday night from September 16  -
November 25 4 PM Pacific time, 6 PM Central time and 7 PM Eastern

Divine Matrix
or his new book The Science of Miracles and how he
removed cancer from his body…

or with Joe Vitale, a featured teacher in
The Secret and author of Zero Limits, The Attractor
Factor
and more than 30 other books speaking about moving from homeless to
multimillionaire and now spiritual mentor?

You could ask what obstacles
Lynne McTaggart had to overcome to find her way onto the New York Times
bestseller list for her international best selling sensations The Intention
Experiment
and The Field

or ask renowned Hay House Radio
personality and best selling author of 10 books Sonia Choquette about her new
book and program The Answer is Simple, Love Yourself Love Your Spirit.

Maybe how Dannion Brinkley survived being struck by lightening and his
startling adventure to the other side that brought forth his healing and psychic
gifts?

Then there is Dr. Eric Pearl's amazing story of the discovery of
his remarkable healing abilities how his hands blistered and bled and this
energy healed the unhealable…

AND MANY MORE

This is your chance to hear, integrate
and apply their stories and techniques to your own life.

Here is a testimonial from a happy owner of the
first series:

"First, I want to thank you for offering this wonderful Healing With
The Masters show! I really love it and benefit very much from it. In the
beginning I thought it would be fine to listen to the audios for 48 hours and
write down notes and inspirations, but your own session was so powerful and
blasted me off that I decided to order the Mp3's and transcripts to get even
"more" out of it! You're doing such amazing work, you are so direct, fresh,
alive and "human", so right on the spot!"

What a night… SOUND HEALING EMPOWERMENT

WOW, what a night we had last night. The third call of the Vibration Healing series was an adventure in
sound vibrational healing. We explored the power of our voice and experimented
with techniques to find and powerfully project our own voice, engaging the
diaphragm and interacting with the old patterns for release. We also experienced
a healing meditation to release those old negative voices of others that get
stuck in cellular memory as well as tonal healing targeted to peace and calm.
The finale was a soul song that many commented on the call helped them go deeper
and re-align into health and wholeness.

If you listen to nothing else take the time to listen to this one… it was a VERY powerful evening. Make sure you listen right to the end of the audio recording, the soul song was a deep cleansing experience that would be valuable for you to hear. (The recording is only available until Saturday so catch it while you can. (You can also purchase the whole series at www.healingrelease.com/vibration)

ALSO I m offering a special package that your can use to experience further internal dialogging, and healings. Many have commented that they
want MORE and want to go DEEPER and REALLY RELEASE, I am offering my special package so
that you can do just that. This package of products (at a VERY special price)
will take you beyond just this fr*ee one hour call to experience all the many
modalities of healing available to you. You will have your pick of 3 packages
that have been proven to shift others into a newfound place of release, health,
wealth and fulfillment. Just go to this link and check out the packages, I know
you will find one that will match your needs and budget: www.healingrelease.com/special.htm

Ho'oponopono Prayer (My Version)

Butterflys
I had many many requests to offer my version of the Ho’oponopono prayer that I layer with my healing dialoging system. I have captured this piece out of the transcripts from my talk on Tuesday May 13th to share it with you (this is from The Healing With The Masters Teleseminar Intensive)…

We are fully responsible for our life.  Everything that is in front of us right now we have created.  Everything is actually an opportunity.  There is no destination to getting to that opportunity.  And we can use what’s in front of us as breadcrumbs to get to the material that’s ready to be released.  So I’m going to walk you through a little Ho’oponopono exercise.  Now, I do Ho’oponopono a little bit differently than the way that Joe Vitale describes it.  I’ve kind of added a layer on top of it which is part of the dialoguing system I use for healing.  And lots of people seem to be resonating quite well with it.  So I’m going to go ahead and walk you through it.

I want you to think of two people in your life right now…  Sandy just asked online how do we release them.  Sandy, I’m going to answer that right this minute.  How do you release the challenges?  It’s a siple process (but not necessarily easy everytime) right now I will explain my version of Ho’oponopono by using people.  So we’re going to start with a person.  And I want you to think of two people in your life that really are driving you insane.  That are really, really bugging you.  Okay.  So now that you’ve got those two people I want you to think about how are those two people challenge you.  What are they doing?  Think of a particular incident that they did that just made you crazy.  Something that they did that you kind of looked at and said, “How could they possibly do that?  That’s a horrible thing to do.”  And if you don’t have one that’s really recent, think of something in the past.  Good.  It feels like you all have something.

All right.  Now what I want you to do is I want you to think back in your own life and think of a time when you have done something similar to someone else.  Now, what they have done might be way more extreme than what you have done.  I didn’t finish my story about Dr. Len.  Dr. Len cured an entire ward of the criminally insane by simply doing this prayer – “I’m sorry.  Please forgive me.  I love you.  Thank you.”  He never once met with any of these people who murdered and raped and did all kinds of horrible, horrible unmentionable things.  That ward is shut down.  It took him 4 years.  And every day he just went in and looked at their files and took responsibility for the part that was his.  Even Abraham Hicks talks about this.  They talk about the fact that when we have a thought, that thought is creative and it creates our reality.  If you have a violent thought, that thought didn’t just disappear.  It got pushed into the world and someone picked it up.  Someone who is focused on violence picked it up and used it.

So in this moment think about those people again and think about the things that they did that drove you insane.  And think about a time in your life when you may have done something similar whether it was a thought, a word or a deed that you did.  If it was that these people did that was extreme then perhaps it was an extreme thought that you had in the past.  Think about that.  That you actually did something very similar to what this person did to you to someone else.  Okay.  So there is the reflection.  Do you see that?  There is the reflection, you did this exact same thing to someone else or you had this extreme thought maybe even repeatedly against another.  So in this moment you’re going to go through the prayer with me.  And I’m going to do the prayer slightly different.  Here’s how it goes.  So think about what you’ve done now.  Your focus is off that person.  Now it’s on to you and what you’ve done.  There we go.

“I’m sorry.”  Now, this is a very empathetic “I’m sorry.”  Not that you’re apologizing so much as you are feeling empathy towards yourself.  “And I am sorry.  I am so sorry that I had some things happen to me in my life at some point that created this thing that I did as a coping mechanism.  I’m so sorry that these things happened to me  I’m so sorry that these things resulted in this coping mechanism of this emotion or this thing that I have done.  And I have done it repeatedly.  I’m so sorry.  I’m so sorry.”

“Please forgive me.  Please forgive me for those I may have hurt through thought, word or deed by expressing this feeling, emotion or action.  Please forgive me for those who I may have hurt including myself.  Please forgive me for forgetting that the Divine loves me no matter what.  Please forgive me for forgetting that the Divine is in love with me no matter what.  Please forgive me for forgetting that I am innocent, and this person is innocent, and that we are all innocent in every moment.”

“I love you.  I love you.  I love you for being here right in this moment right now.  I love you for taking this moment to explore inside.  I love you.  I love you.  I love you.  I love you for the work that you do.  I love you for the seeker that you are.  I love you for the exercises that you’re getting and using.  I love you for this intention of creating the life that you want.  I love you.  I love you.”

“Thank you.  Thank you to this person who allowed you to see something inside of you right now that you’re ready to release.  Thank you.  Thank you for my life.  Thank you for the wonderful people that are surrounding me and the wonderful things and people that I’m creating.  Thank you for this understanding that allows me to know that I have power in my life, that I am a powerful being, and that I deserve what I desire.  Thank you for helping me understand this.”

“I’m sorry.  I’m so sorry for the things that I did.  The things that have happened to me.  The traumas that I experienced that forced me to use this as a coping mechanism.  Please forgive me.  Please forgive me for those who I may have hurt through thought, word or deed, and forgetting that I’m innocent and so are they.  We are all innocent.  I love you.  I love you.  I love you.  I love you.  I love you.”

There we go.  A lot of people are feeling this right now.  Can you feel that energy elevate now?  Just know that as this energy is elevating on this call, that the energy on the earth is elevating.  We are creative beings right now.  And we are creating the universe that is right in front of us.  I love you.  I love you.  Thank you.  Thank you.  Thank you.  Thank you.  Thank you.  There we go.

That right there is a wonderful exercise that you can do with yourself every moment that any kind of challenge comes up for you.  The moment that challenge comes up for me, the first thing I do is I take a look at what they did that upset me.  And I immediately look inside and say, “Have I ever done that to anyone?”  And usually there are lots and lots of examples of times I have done something similar.  In some cases what they have done has been really, really extreme like if you see something horrible on the news.  But in that moment, if you’re triggered, that’s your opportunity.  If you’re triggered, you created that moment of being triggered so that you could do this work.  Notice it and pay attention to it.  And go inside and do Ho’oponopono and do these kinds of exercises.  Noticing and paying attention.
