How to Accomplish More in Less Time While Eliminating Stress and Worry

If I told you that there’s a way to worry less, do more, and have a peaceful partnership with your to-do list, you might think I was crazy. But the reality is, it’s completely possible and the secret is right here just waiting for you to jump onboard.

You don’t have to buy anything, nor do you need to achieve complete enlightenment. You just have to let go and trust in the universe…
So, what does that mean?

A few weeks ago, during one of my regular Body Dialoging Sessions at our MasterWorks Healing Membership Site, our amazing members helped to co-create a process and a new state of allowing.

Through that amazing experience, we played with the concept of embracing your Sacred Pace.

What we came to discover is that when we’re living within our Sacred Pace, the need to run, to do – or go really, super fast and get everything done, just fades away. Then, peace flows in and we do all the things we were so busy worrying about getting done.

In essence, by embracing our Sacred Pace, we get rid of the distractions keeping us stuck and tune into what we’re doing – what matters in the HERE and NOW. Our to-do list shrinks and makes space for more important tasks, we get out of the barrage of tactics, and into expressing our passions, efficiently and effectively.

It’s funny, because the answer was always right in front of me and I was choosing not to see it.

My best friend, Mary A Hall, lives at a Divine, sacred pace. And it used to drive me nuts, because I didn’t. I would go super fast, because I felt like I didn’t have enough time to get stuff done. Have you ever felt that way – told yourself that there aren’t enough hours in day to do all the things you just HAVE to do?

Well, I had a realization that Mary is right on target. To go slower and flow with the natural pace of creation is really, really honoring the Divinity that we all are. Now, you might be thinking “but I have so much to do,” or “My ‘s not going to run itself,” or even “Have you seen the stack of work on my desk?!.” And therein lies the challenge: doing all of it in harmony with divinity.

The key is to remember that we’re in charge.

And to know that when we assert that “I’m going to go at a sacred pace,” we actually have more space. Yes, we actually create more time.

Because, well, time is an illusion. Even some physicists are realizing this.

So let’s play with a Divine Sacred Pace.
First, let’s move into our Sacred Chamber (If you haven’t done this before, Click Here to read about moving into your Sacred Chamber).

Let’s ask the master that is us, the Divinity that is us:
“What does a sacred pace look and feel like?
If you were to show me the expression of a sacred and safe pace, what would that feel like?
What would the entire experience be like – help me feel the sensation be in my Being?

Now, describe that experience to yourself. Say it aloud right now.
Remember, what does it feel like? What is the sensation? What is it like to be in your sacred pace?

Take a nice, deep breath and just be with that feeling.
Allow all the worry and “lack of time” illusion to fade away. Then, as your shoulders drop and your mind clears, embrace the moment.

Breathe with the reality that when you’re moving at your Sacred Pace, there’s time for everything – and more. You have time for you, for work, for play. You have time to create the life you want to be living.

Now, look at that big, huge, honking list of to-dos.
Hand it over to the universe-to Source. Hand over everything that you can hand over.
I mean, listen, I’ve got to do the laundry today. Right? I’ve got to go get some things framed. So, those are real to-dos that I’ve got to do in the physical reality, but I can do them now within a new state of presence.

I can get each task on my list done without the stress and worry of all of the other things I’m not doing.

Remember: You are creating this reality. You are making the decisions. You’re in charge.

And, the Divine is here to support you along this path. So, let’s take everything that the Divine and our guides can help us with (Which is EVERYTHING), hand it over, and ask for help.

So let’s take everything on our to-do list that we can hand over to the Divine for assistance with and just say:

“I let go and give this to you.
Because what I really, really, really want to do is to be of service. What I really, really, really, want to be is of service.
What I really, really, really want space and time for is to be an instrument for peace. What I really, really, really want to be is a vessel for Love — spreading Light and Love. That’s what I want time for.
Please, take all this other ‘stuff’ and assist me so that I might lay myself down at your feet, beautiful Divine that I Am – and live from Divinity, live from this Sacred Pace, live from this sacred state of Being. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you for this moment and this opportunity to truly experience no thing, no time, just us, just now — this Sacred Pace.”

Feel that sacred pace, that presence, that Divine place of now, of knowing, of trust, of unencumbered energy. Feel how your body feels in this sacred pace.

Use urgency and the need to “do” as a barometer and a point of access.

When habits move us into distress, panic, unrest, or that feeling of just “not having enough time,” notice the experience and be with that feeling. Then, partner with the Divine to move back into sync with your Sacred Pace.

Personally, I’m going to allow that when I go into a habituated pattern of speeding up, of overwhelm, of stress, that I will use that pattern to move into this place that we are all in now. And I’d like you to join me in that commitment.

Commit to noticing, to being aware, and to moving past worry, back into a place of Divine harmony–Sacred Pace.

When we become less concerned with the time we’re taking to do something and are able to more fully focus on what it is we’re doing, we shift from worry and distraction into focus, concentration, and productivity through peace.

When we fully embrace our sacred pace, we’re trusting in the Divine, allowing that beautiful blanket of support to drape over us, so we can accomplish all that we’re really here to do.

Moving Into Your Sacred Chamber

You have a place within you – a point of Divine opening that enables you to fully embody and express your true, unfiltered brilliance. It’s called the Sacred Chamber.

We move within, into the Sacred Chamber – the center point of your Soul whenever possible, to gain the most crystal clear perspective on this life – our place in all of humanity, our hopes, dreams, desires, and even to attract greater abundance and perfect health. While there, we have a powerful stillness and a heightened awareness that enables us to see things as they are: free from density and flowing in a golden sea of light and love.

With your permission, I’d like to guide you into your Sacred Chamber. Are you willing to move deeper into You and experience the joy that exists at the heart of your being?

If so, read on.
If you’re not ready, bookmark this post, save it to your desktop or just leave the page open so you can come back when you have the time and space to move into more of your innate greatness.

Join me as we venture past the perceived barriers of this dense physical world. Set all your distractions aside, turn off your phone, close the other tabs on your browser and take a deep, cleansing breath.

You are perfect and you are beautiful. You are capable of anything and you have the power to positively shift this entire planet.

Take another nice, deep breath into this expanded moment as you bring your attention to here and now. Feel the expansion of this moment. Feel you as an expression of this moment.

Let’s start by just moving within.
Feel yourself moving into a place of presence right now – in this moment.
Feel your energy and attention moving inside your being.

As you move inside, begin to notice who you are in this moment; notice your expression and allow yourself to feel and sense the You that is right now.

How are you holding your body right now?
Observe the position you’re in, your posture; notice the little aches and pains and the big aches and pains. Notice the areas of tension and the areas of light in your body.

Continue to bring your awareness to this present moment of You as the expression of You in the here and now. No judgment, just notice what shows up. There’s no to-do list. There’s no right or wrong. You don’t need to do anything or be anywhere but right here, right now.

If you feel judgements pop up, just let them go. You are perfect, so take as much time as you need. There’s no pace that’s better than any other – your pace is perfect.
Just let go.

Now, begin holding a strong intention and turn your attention to begin moving into your sacred chamber, that deep, deep place of center, that center point in your being, that center point of your soul.

The entrance point is found just below and behind your heart, between your shoulder blades, right in the middle. Yes, right there.

Feel and sense yourself moving into a perfectly-crafted little tunnel to the center of You. Allow yourself to move into that beautiful portal and let that sacred, warm-embrace energy flow over you. Begin to feel the safety of your infinite being until you are completely enveloped in Love.

Move in.
Feel the atmospheric shift as you settle into your place of stillness, of pure, beautiful stillness. Sense, within that stillness, the Divinity that is you.

Breathe. And be with your stillness.

Within that stillness are the threads of divinity, the threads of love and light and absolute pure safety, the threads of support and flow, abundance, the threads of beauty, hope, contentment, the threads of alignment, health and wholeness.

Tap into your beautiful, pure essences of divinity in this deep, sacred place and know that you are home.

Cynthia Kersey – “The Gift of Giving”

This was an incredibly powerful and moving call tonight on Healing With The Masters with our guest, Cynthia Kersey. The insights we received were so inspiring and offered us so many ways that we can enrich our lives now and live with passion!

Eleven years ago, Cynthia’s life was forever changed. She watched a 20-year marriage dissolve before her eyes, and she was deeply devastated. It was through this pain that she received the guidance to use it and find a greater purpose for herself. And what has shown up for her since is a life that she adores; a life filled with deeper purpose, greater vision, and increased love and compassion for humanity. (more…)

Jack Canfield on Healing With the Masters

Last Tuesday we had Jack Canfield on the show for an amazing evening of change and opportunities to approach life in an embracing and full on manner.

What an AMAZING talk from a remarkable loving man. I feel so honored that Jack not only came on the show but shared such a depth of content  and heart during his talk with us…

He walked us through his daily routine, which alone is worth gold, this guy does not waste minute, he uses every second as an opportunity to grow and thrive and love. If you were to just apply this strategy daily, your life would COMPLETELY change. He showed us the essentials of visualization, how to change from reaction to to response, applying his own "the hour of power" each day. He reviewed Michael Beckwith's 4 stages of spiritual development (victim, Manipulator / Manifestor, Channel and Being) and his own experiences within this model. He reviewed  his own reaction/outcome equation (E+R=O), and the 3 kinds of responses. AND he gave us wonderful anecdotal stories of applying all this information.

Here is a snippet of just his daily routine:

Well, the main practices I have is when I get up in the morning, I meditate for about 20 minutes and sometimes longer if I have more time.  I have cards, one for each of my goals.  I have goals in seven areas of my life.  I have goals every year.  And so there’s financial goals, career goals, there are goals for my body and fitness and health, goals for my relationships, goals for what I call personal, just things I want to do, possessions, places I want to go and visit, etc. and fun and recreation goals which most people don’t have.

Mine has included things like taking improvisational theater class, learn to play the guitar, things like that.  And then I have goals for making a difference in the world, goals for legacy and contribution.  So I have 21 goals.  I look at the card and on one side is the goal with a date.  I teach how much by when so that there’s a time and space to the goal.  And on the other side I write an affirmation.  I might have an affirmation that God is my infinite supply and large sums come to me quickly and easily under the grace of God as I earn $8 million-a-year income.

And then I close my eyes and I visualize that goal as if it’s already achieved and I feel the feeling I would feel if I already had it.  Sometimes the feeling is appreciation.  Sometimes the feeling is a feeling of power or a feeling of security or a feeling of love or a feeling of joy, a feeling of enthusiasm or passion, whatever it might be.  It takes me about 30 seconds per goal to do that.  As I tell people, when you first create a visual image for your goal, it’s like making a movie.  It takes, on average, 22 weeks or longer to make a movie, but it only takes an hour and a half to two hours to watch it.  So once you put in the time to create that vision, then it takes very little time to bring up the picture.  It’s more like a little slide show of moving pictures.  And then after I finish that, I exercise.  I do yoga in the morning.

I do all that, I take a shower and do my normal day.  At the end of the day, I do a thing called the daily review and this is a very important practice that most people don’t do.  I sit down and I just take a few deep breaths and get into a more center place, and I ask my unconscious mind to show me images from the day where I wasn’t who I would choose to be.  Now I can do that a number of ways.  I could say if I’m working on being more loving or appreciative in my life, I could say show me where I could have been more loving and appreciative.  If I’m working on saying no, which is actually something I’m working on right now, having more boundaries so I won’t commit, and so I would say where could I have said no today that I didn’t?  Where did I give away myself, my time, whatever?  And then images come up of all these memories of when you could have been more loving or when you could have been on purpose or whatever words you’re working with.  And then I will visualize doing it the way I would have liked to have done it have I been more conscious.  And what that does is it lays down a blueprint in the mind for the next time so that we’re training ourselves to respond from a place of intention rather from a place of reactivity.

In the evening, I will also do a little meditation, a little more yoga before I go to bed.  I have something I call the hour of power that I teach and I usually live it, which is you want to spend 20 minutes a day minimum meditating, 20 minutes a day minimum exercising and 20 minutes a day reading something uplifting and empowering.

I used to read a book a day.  I took a speed reading course and a photo-reading course and I figured we’re living in the information age and I was doing Chicken Soup for the Soul books, I was reading lots of stories.  But I found that I was not retaining as much as I wanted to.  I go back a year later and read my underlines and it’s like I haven’t read the book.

NOW imagine just doing that everyday and where you might be in 6 months, 12 months? Your life would completely change. I think in these times the more we dedicate to our commitment to our life, growth and fulfillment the more we have to give others.

Jen Blakert on Healing With The Masters

The folks over at Evolution Ezine wrote about Jen Blakert's talk on Healing With the Masters… It is almost a lovely poem so I thought I would share that with you this week instead of my own version (to see the original at Evolution click here)Jenblackurt

Jen Blackert helps people become more wealthy.

That’s what she does, and she does it on a very large scale.

She is very good at it because she has a very clear, very deep understanding of what wealth is.

Do you know what it is?

If you think that you can measure your wealth by the amount of money in the bank then think again.

Money is not something that can be chased and captured, it is as fleeting as a butterfly.

Instead, wealth is what we are when all the $$ is gone.

What our passions are and how we focus them.

Our desires and our networks and our clarity of purpose.

When we stay clear and focused on who we are in this way.

Then a path is opened to monetize our passion.

What Jen does is not teach people how to chase and capture butterflies (ie money)

Instead, she helps those she serves create and care for beautiful butterfly gardens.

And once the garden is created, well, then…

The butterflies come and stay with joy.

Compliments of Evolution Ezine

Jenn gave everyone on the call a FR*EE copy of her book (in an ebook format) AND Jenn also offered a huge special offer this one is remarkable… she wants to help as many as possible with wealth creation and she is offering a coaching program to our group only for an amazing 90% off. She said on the call that she gets it people are struggling and she can help so want to bring it WAY down from the normal $700. Jen's generosity is showing up again and I think her program will really truly help those who are resonating with it. Go to to get your book and your will be directed to the special coaching offer too. OFFER EXPIRES FRIDAY Mqarch 20 AT 4PM!

It Just Doesn’t Matter

I have received several emails last week and this week from somewhat frantic subscribers that are simply terrified about the economic downturn and what it means.

They have been frightened by those in the psychic sector and even the professional financial realm that are predicting the direst of circumstances. Almost doomsday kind of stuff.

They want me to check in with my intuition to see if these predictions were "true."

I did feel into these things and here is what I got:

It just doesn’t matter.

What matters is where is your state of abundance mind set.

If any prediction is scaring you then use it to access the piece of you that is ready to let go of that fear (that is why it is showing up).

This financial crisis is all about a bunch of people believing what they think is a truth to them. It is, and therefore, it becomes. Your beliefs about abundance will show up for you as well, and mine will show up for me.

What I personally do and what I do with my clients is check in… is this information sticking to me (i.e. is it triggering a reaction)? If it is then I pause and ask into my body and access the part of me that has attracted that fear in order for me to let go of it.

So use that fear that is creeping in, it showed up because you asked for something different and it is showing you the places that are holding the fear.

Go to those places within you and ask into those areas what is going on, what you need around this fear, what are the next steps. Go inside and feel the peace and the love that your really are. Use what shows up in your life to remind you what you are really wanting and where you are pointing your vibration.

Are there big changes a foot? You bet!

Are we in danger? NEVER.

~It is all in perfect beautiful divine order~

SOOOO come to my Heal Your Life ~ Heal Your Abundance workshop, you can participate from your living room by watching the virtual streaming version (this is recorded too) and I will take you to these places of fear within you to reveal the true peace and love that is really there.

Recession is a state of mind

RecessionA couple of hundred thousand people have lost their jobs. That is incredibly challenging for those who are experiencing this. But even for those who are in this situation there is opportunity here. I have spoken in my many talks about The Compression Theory… we ask for something that we want and everything that is not in alignment with that dream will show up to be release. If you are looking for your dream job –and you are NOT in that dream job– you may be forced out in order to pursue your dream (just one small example). It is all here for you, ALL of it.

I am already hearing the “yeah buts,”  but, I don’t have any money, but, I have to look for another job and that will take all my time, but, I am not in a good space now because I am scared. I get that, I have been there too.

The absolute BEST thing you can do for yourself is change your mind about all of this by doing a very simple exercise: feel into what is REALLY going on. Feel into the energy of where you are right now and I guarantee that you will see a flicker of the light at the end of that big ‘ole tunnel. That alone can dramatically change your energy. Then get into the habit of using those moments of fear and panic as the sign that it is time to go inside again and feel the opportunities coming your way.

Let’s get back to this whole notion of recession: 11% or more are now unemployed,  that means that there are 89% that are in the same financial position as they were a year ago, prior to this so called recession. Let’s be fair here and say that 80% of all of us are in the same if not a better position (I talk to literally dozens of people weekly that are telling me they are actually doing better (and I am one of those). What is happening is a state of mind– that 11% is telling the 80% that they could be in trouble too, so DON’T SPEND.  Guess what happens? They don’t spend so more will lose their jobs. These 80% have exactly what they have always had and yet fear is stopping them. And guess what fear will create for them… yep you got it, their circumstances will likely reflect their fear and they may go into poverty.

Your personal job is to see the opportunity that is right before you, see that it truly is thought creating reality. Here are a few things you can do to overcome the fears:

  • DON’T WATCH THE NEWS, it is just going to make you afraid and it is not real, you make your life.
  • Your credit score is a false sense of financial well being, if it goes down it has NOTHING to do with your self worth. I know lots of people with terrible credit scores that just use cash and they are doing very well. I know someone with a 560 score that bought a BMW for mostly cash and some credit!
  • Use many of the free gifts so many in the spiritual community are offering here is just one 777SelfHelp   [Note once you sign up you have to wade through a sales page, just scroll to the bottom and click on the "no thanks..." link]
  • Use the moments of anxiety to go inside, here is a link to a free audio I offer that can take you inside and release some of this anxiety. Here is the link to a talk I did with at least 6 clearing techniques, (This is FREE!!)
  • Spend some money and feel the flow of giving that it sets off. I am not saying go and spend all your savings, but stop holding back out of fear. If you want something and feel you can handle the expense then buy it, it keeps the energy going.
  • Here is one from Abraham Hicks, put a $100 bill in your wallet. Whenever you are out and about, if you see something you might like, you can say with all certainty, “I could buy that, I have $100 right here.” You don’t have to buy it but feel into how it makes you feel that you could.
  • (OK here is some shameless promotion) buy my Abundance/Recession audio, it is 47 minutes of clearing the recession from your essence and creating the energy of abundance AND a soul song to help the energy along (while healing the whole global economy).
  • OR come to my Heal Your Life ~ Heal Your Business workshop it is available virtually streaming live and recorded, or you can come in person. It is designed to heal the obstacles to wealth then provide info for you to truly start and run your own business.
  • If you have products, FEEL into the product and how it is serving your customers. Feel how they are changing by having your product. Care about how they are receiving it… this can make a HUGE difference. Feel them WANTING to pay you the value of the energy exchange for this product.
  • Be grateful for whatever you have. Do you have $10 in the bank? Be profoundly grateful for that. Do you have enough to pay this month’s electricity? Then be profoundly grateful for that. Do you have people who care about you and love and support you whether you are rich or poor… that is huge, feel you heart melt right now as you think about those who love you. Here is a link to a short but profound gratitude body dialog session (it's free too!).
  • Know that all is in absolute divine order and that what you want is coming toward you no matter how today looks… if you know that, if you go inside right now and even feel a glimmer of that, it opens your energy to receive.
  • Feel into the 80% who are just fine and feel into them opening to this kind of information, see them reading these kinds of things and sense their relaxation and opening (listen to the Soul Song of the Economy as you do this and it will contribute that much more).
  • Know that you know… and that your are fine, no matter what happens all is well and you can change your perception of it (even if for 17 seconds) and you will start to feel that knowing.
  • I love you all so very much! Feel that, allow that to soak in, you are, and always will be, loved and cherished.

Find the love that you are no matter what is up.

Being There – Resistance for Ease

I am watching the movie Being There with Peter Sellers. It is about a man who was literally raised by the television. He has very little vocabulary and talks about gardening. He is thrown into the world after his only caretaker dies. Through a series of circumstances he is seen almost as a savior because his world view is so simple… when he speaks people think he is speaking in metaphors and they read whatever they want into what he is speaking.

Through the movie we guffaw at these silly people not seeing what is really happening. But then the final scene in the movie is the Peter Sellers character walking on water… designed to really make you think if this simplicity isn’t really the answer to overcoming the illusion of our lives (my interpretations).

The ultimate intrigue of the movie is that Shirley McLain is in it and it was filmed right when she came out of the spiritual closet and risked her career to show us some new insights on what life might be. ALSO this was Peter Sellers last film, he died not to long after this move came out.

So how often do I use complicated words and images and processes to improve what is really a simple thing. How about you? What in your life could be completely simplified to the point of creating a new sense of ease and effortlessness?

Many times the things we are most worried about are the things that are ready to be simplified.

Simplified might mean re-organizing, it may mean downsizing, it may mean leaving a job or a relationship. Our resistance to these things that are coming to us (because they are there to help us) is sometimes the only thing holding us back from an easier fulfilled life. “Resistance is futile,” “what your resist persists “are well know quotes that resonate deep. The resistance piece is the evidence that there is something to review, to notice to go deeper with. This resistance can also show up as making a big decision, going for the new job or career, moving in with your significant other, having a baby, taking responsibility for something that appeared to go “wrong” (there is never ANY wrong it all just is on our path to a juicy life adventure). So what are you resisting, how can you change your angle of perception to see it in a new light, one of simplicity and ease?

What is showing up in your life to illustrate both ease and resistance? Use these as evidence or examples of what works and what doesn’t work. Use the tension it brings to go into your body and explore the tension, ask into it, what does it have to show you? What does it (ultimately you) need? Follow the path that resistance is showing you and/or feel into the good that ease is showing you.

What are you missing?

This is something that has been going around the internet again and was sent to me by one of my subscribers:

A man sat at a metro station in Washington DC and started to play the violin; it was a cold January morning. He played six Bach pieces for about 45 minutes. During that time, since it was rush hour, it was calculated that thousands of people went through the station, most of them on their way to work.

Three minutes went by and a middle aged man noticed there was musician playing. He slowed his pace and stopped for a few seconds and then hurried up to meet his schedule.

A minute later, the violinist received his first dollar tip: a woman threw the money in the till and without stopping continued to walk.

A few minutes later, someone leaned against the wall to listen to him, but the man looked at his watch and started to walk again. Clearly he was late for work.

The one who paid the most attention was a 3 year old boy. His mother tagged him along, hurried but the kid stopped to look at the violinist. Finally the mother pushed hard and the child continued to walk turning his head all the time. This action was repeated by several other children. All the parents, without exception, forced them to move on.

In the 45 minutes the musician played, only 6 people stopped and stayed for a while. About 20 gave him money but continued to walk their normal pace. He collected $32. When he finished playing and silence took over, no one noticed it. No one applauded, nor was there any recognition.

No one knew this but the violinist was Joshua Bell, one of the best musicians in the world. He played one of the most intricate pieces ever written with a violin worth 3.5 million dollars.

Two days before his playing in the subway, Joshua Bell sold out at a theater in Boston and the seats average $100.

This is a real story. Joshua Bell playing incognito in the metro station was organized by the Washington Post as part of an social experiment about perception, taste and priorities of people. The outlines were: in a commonplace environment at an inappropriate hour: Do we perceive beauty? Do we stop to appreciate it? Do we recognize the talent in an unexpected context?

One of the possible conclusions from this experience could be:

If we do not have a moment to stop and listen to one of the best musicians in the world playing the best music ever written, how many other things are we missing?

So maybe now it the time to to pause and think about what you love… and do that. Call a old friend or relative you haven't talked to in a while. Go for a hike or walk. Read a good novel. Make a great meal. Listen to some amazing music that fills your heart. Love yourself.
