We sometimes forget about the power of connecting and feeling into our bodies. But when we do do, we find there is youth waiting to come forward and play. As we focus on the good, we see how immensely supportive the Universe if for us… always and in all ways. We see that there is so much richness and blessings surrounding us every day.
What we focus on only brings more of that to us, and when this happens, we find that it is our default switch that has taken us out of flow. Abundance isn’t about us getting anything because that’s how our minds operate. Spirit flows in the opposite of what the mind can comprehend, and when we’re in the flow, we see that abundance is here to seek and bless us all. It is truly an amazing flow of well-being!
So, how do we connect? From our hearts. Because it is in our hearts where we find the answers to everything we need. And we disconnect by allowing our minds to take control over how we live our lives. But we shouldn’t be so hard on the mind. It has brilliantly articulated and communicated for us as the great steward it is. Thank it for its service.
Consciously staying connected with Spirit brings about the magic and juiciness of life which gives us more opportunities to play in the true signature of the abundance energy which is about blessing, giving, and trusting.
Whatever shows up for us is perfect because it is always encouraging us to return to our hearts and find what is. But connecting means we must empty our minds enough to find the stillness within, and allow Spirit to speak. One way we can do this is by writing, or journaling. As we empty our minds on the pages, we’ll find ourselves becoming still, and the messages from Spirit will be awe-inspiring, to say the least.
Life is all about choice because the mind provides us with many opportunities to step aside, reconnect, and remember our magnificence. Of course, we should also acknowledge our humanness because it is a big part of who we are. Whenever we are triggered, we should know that Spirit doesn’t see our “behavior” as wrong. It is in those moments where more love and forgiveness can come in for us.
As we connect more and more, the love and compassion that we have toward ourselves will overflow and, ultimately, shift how we interact with Life, and how Life interacts with us.
