Grace is everywhere if we would only awaken and see. And Cheryl Richardson, our guest tonight on Healing With The Masters, offered us beautiful and powerful words to assist us with connecting more with this wonderful Flow.
Grace is the benevolent force of energy that is available to us all, and our access to it depends on how awake we are. When we eat, are we actually tasting the food, or wondering what we ate now that the meal is over? As we move about our day, how present are we in our bodies? Do we ignore the signals that tell us it’s time to go to the restroom because we’re busier with more “important” matters?
Being awake means we’re present, and our head and heart are connected. With this connection, we find that here is where alchemy is created, and we’re in the most powerful time of creation because we’re consciously choosing our experiences. With greater presence, we gain greater power, but most of us are existing only from the neck up and wonder why we feel powerless with life.
Higher thoughts mean we’re working beautifully with the Divine, and we see that our physical reality is simply a small part of what’s really going on here on Earth.
When we take note of the grace that has shown up for us, we’re sending a clear message that we’re awake and noticing which allows more synchronicities and magic to unfold for us. Sharing our stories of reflection also inspires others which strengthens our vibration to receive more.
The only way we can ever get off track is when we go in our heads and try to control life. But when we’re relaxed, we’re more fulfilled and this allows us to be more efficient and productive. Being present is a daily practice. Simple things like giving someone our undivided attention when they call, or walking in nature can profoundly change our perceptions and vibrations of what we’re attracting.
Our central nervous systems weren’t designed to handle a frantic pace of life, yet this is what we’re asking it to do more often than not. If we want great power and fulfillment, Cheryl gave us a few Absolute NOs…
- I’m no longer going to rush.
- Your issue is not my issue.
- When I hear drama, I choose to walk away.
- I’m no longer going to work excessive hours.
We don’t need any of these things because they’re actually putting our success at risk. Why? They’re taxing to the mind, body, and spirit and will eventually leave us feeling depleted… or defeated.
Feelings are the currency that we purchase our life’s experiences with, and if we were fully awake, some of us would be put off by the lives we’re currently living. Frustration can only show up when we keep allowing those things that don’t feel good to continuously come into our lives. If we would but step back, breathe, and decide what we want, we’d choose better for ourselves every time.
Affirming what we want should be fun! Even if we don’t believe what we’re saying to ourselves, we should keep affirming until we do and experience the evidence of what we’re wanting. We should use affirmations like a prayer or mantra and believe in the cyclical nature of abundance.
It’s also not bad to feel emotion… just put a time limit on it, so the forward movement can continue.
Dance with grace and surrender to the music!
