What better way to start creating the life that you truly want than to create it from your heart’s desire? That’s what the focus of tonight’s call with the ever-present and delightful Sonia Choquette.
Sonia offered her view on how we can move from victim thinking and into the new paradigm where we stop placing our power outside ourselves, and start creating from the heart. She spoke of how we’re all being shaken at our core to accept that what’s coming at us is the knowing that we are ALL creators/originators of our lives.
We’re the pioneers of this new paradigm shift, and just by being in the frequency of it, our personal resistance will be overridden. We’re on the threshold of a new understanding of ourselves. We’re understanding that it’s our own thoughts and beliefs that keep us enslaved. The great news is this understanding is causing the resistance to be silenced and curiosity is now stepping forward.
Sonia mentioned that it’s our projection of the unknown that makes things worse. She said that reluctant victims will get on-board when they witness the collective consciousness/the world moving forward.
Because we haven’t learned to harness the magic in manifesting our heart’s desire, we keep getting more of what we don’t want.
Sonia gave us a simple, yet powerful tool to use to help us identify what our hearts desire is.
Place your hand over your heart, and ask, “If I wasn’t afraid, I would…?” By doing this exercise for 3 minutes every morning for 30 days, we’ll invite the heart to speak. She said whatever consistently comes up is what the heart wants to manifest first.
There are 9 steps to help us in creating our heart’s desire, and Sonia shared 4 of them with us (we didn’t have time to learn the remaining 5; time flew by so quickly.).
Step #1: Change the frequency from mind chatter to heart dialogue. Our jobs as creators is the “whats” and Source delivers the “hows”. Once we’ve identified our heart’s desire, just saying it out loud, opens us up and changes the frequency.
Step #2: Gain support of the subconscious mind. We can’t create alone. We need to recognize that the subconscious mind is a 1-way street; it only has the capacity to agree with us (i.e. You: I want to be a writer; Subconscious Mind: yes, you want to be a writer.; Ego: You’re not good enough to be a writer.; Subconscious Mind: Yes, you’re not good enough to be a writer).
So, how do we find a support network? Sonia suggested we become believing eyes for other people, and the world will become believing eyes for us. When we have stinky reflections about life, we attract stinky situations.
For the next 72 hours, practice being someone else’s believing eyes. If you have a friend who’s being stinky on herself, intercept! Let her know she’s being stinky… be playful… until she laughs about the situation.
Sonia encouraged us to practice, practice, and practice some more being believing eyes.
Step #3: Imagine your heart’s desire. Sonia gave us this lovely imagery… “When you imagine it, you give it a heart beat.” Wow! She said that our creations will take on a life of their own once we give them heartbeats.
She told us to imagine the joy and fun we’ll feel when our heart’s desire manifests.
Now’s the time to be playful!
“Never assume that what you know is all there is to know, and what you’ve experienced is all there is to experience. – Sonia’s mommy (that’s one smart lady!)
Sonia suggested we play the “I wonder…” game and to expect good things to come.
Step #4: Remove the obstacles. We need to move away from the “it has to be perfect before I” way of thinking. She said we need to be beginners; that we have to be willing to get in the mud. We have to jump in not caring about perfection and just enjoy the experience.
She talked about fear being overrated, but when we put a spotlight on it, and name the fears OUT LOUD and face it, it shrinks away.
One listener said she didn’t have a clue what her heart’s desire was because she was really stuck.
She was given 3 steps to help re-engage the spirit, quiet the mind, and bring her back to present time (an exercise that proved helpful to us all).
1) When you’re stuck, you need to move your body. Take a walk and notice life for at least 15 minutes a day for 3 days.
2) Start toning in the shower, and let sounds out (i.e. “ah”, “oh”, etc.) This opens up the chimney to your heart and lets that stuck energy out. (Do this for 1 week.)
3) Name OUT LOUD and notice what you love. (i.e. I love my morning cup of coffee. I love my child(ren), I love my cat(s). I love hanging out in my jammies on lazy mornings.)
Sonia called these vibrational tools for shifting.
She’s also offering a beyond amazing special offer that expires Sunday, March 14 at 12 (noon) Central Time.
