How to USE your reactions…

I get the most AMAZING emails the majority 98% or so are lovely testaments to how they are applying some of the principles I have been able to share through my programs and how they have changed their lives. It is the most rewarding experience to hear that what worked for me and my clients is now working for them to. AND I also get to in turn pass along what this community shares with me to others in the community. It is a delightful circle of giving.

The other 2% of the emails are spiteful mean attacks that I have yet to get used to… but I use all of them and thank the energy that is showing up. Just today I was accused of extending my EARLY early bird rate because I can't fill my workshop. (It is pretty close to being at my target capacity.) I extended it because I know many are in a tight financial state and want to come… I wanted to help. But this emailer used a victim mentality to send a scathing email to say that they "caught" me with my hand in the cookie jar and that I should be ashamed.

So two things… when you have a reaction and go immediately into accusation this is YOUR opportunity. WHERE in your body are you feeling that (in this case) someone is trying to rip you off? What is that part of you, showing you, about you and your life patterns.

Ask into your body, how this aspect has served you? Then ask what this body part, this aspect of you, needs. It may take you to the trauma in your life where it was established that you couldn't possibly trust that another was in integrity… that life is somehow ripping you off. NOW ask what is needed to change this, and your bodies healing intelligence will take over and show you what this aspect needs to re-align into balance. It may be something practical like volunteering to see the good in people, or it may be a journey inside your body to a place where you can feel trust. It is all there for you.

So what if you are being falsely attacked as I was? USE THAT TOO. I went inside to see what inside of me was ready to be paid attention to, what aspect in me created this emailer to allow me another peek at my pattern of trust. Then I did a re-patterning technique and some Ho'oponopono and thanked them for showing up to reveal to me what I am ready to release.

It is all good, all God, and all an opportunity to wake up even more, to advance into joy and ease even more. I hope you can do the same when life shows up for you.

Trust… Faith… how to dicover it

We had a marvelous session last night with Sandra Lemieux the minister, intuitive life coach and energy medicine practitioner on Healing With The Masters – The Daily Work. Sandra did a session with one the audience members that was a catalyst for each person on the call. There were shared tears and rememberings that brought us all to a new place.

We talked about the importance of seeking our inner guidance and trusting that. We reviewed how important our emotional compass is to directs us the the true course of our life, using the joys AND the sorrows to discover what gifts they can reveal to us… what we are ready to release, and what we can now embrace.

We covered how we don't have to be "nice" that we can actually move on from unwanted situations. In fact it is our duty to ourselves as well as those we are leaving. That we actually do a disservice to those who we are in conflict by not acknowledging that it is harming us and not taking care of ourselves.

ALSO Sandra offered an amazing special buy 1 session and get the 2nd session with her for half price ($150 total A $50 savings), AND/or invest in a month of coaching and get the second month for 1/2 price (a $300 savings)! For the coaching you will receive 4, 1.5 hour coaching sessions (X2 months). Sandra is also my coach so I can tell you first hand that you will change! Just send her an email to sandra@lemusing.com to book your coaching and/or sessions.

So much on this telseminar called to the hearts of so many.

There Is No Destination

Sunfloweratsunset
Life is a journey not a destination, this is increasingly an important notion to creating life that you want. There is no there there,  there is only here now and the journey. The key to true wealth is to be happy with today and that will create happiness for your future. Even if this appear to not be going your way find the gift, feel the gratitude for all that you have, take your focus off of what is not working and onto what is.

The life you are creating is a direct result of what you have focused on. If you are involved in a project act from inspired action not from what you think you need from it. Your perception of what you need from any given job, relationship, event may not be what you think it is. Go inside and explore what your true feelings are about it.  I think you will find that if there is something that isn’t going well there is resistance or holding of some kind going on. Let it go, take your focus away on the how, and renew your focus on all that is working well in your life, and know that you don’t want to find “the end,” the feelings found through the journey is where the juiciness is.

Living a Deliberate Life (not at the affect of life)

Isn’t it time to be deliberate? There is no more time for sitting
back; now is a moment of action. Not just doing for the sake of doing but
opening to the divine and listening, which is an aspect of doing/action.
Observe your surroundings and notice what feels “right” and what feels off,
then act on that. Acting/doing in this instance might simply be noticing
what the “off” part is, and how it is being attracted to you… What is it, where
and how does it manifest in your life. Then focus on attracting the tools and
skills that allow you to release it. The fact that you are reading this now is
an indicator that you are likely ready to release something. Here are a few
methods and tools for release:

  • Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT). Check out Gary Craig’s information packed web site. This link directs you to the page where there is a free 85 page download to learn how to do this for yourself. It is a great start, but find yourself an EFT therapist. I have two, Mary Hall who is local and Brad Yates who has a great Sunday morning group gathering (well worth it). His products include Money Beyond Belief: and click on the link for his Tappings and his eBook. Mary Hall is my local therapist and an absolutely amazing healer, she also does tele-healing EFT sessions and can guide you through nutritional healing, you can reach her at mary@maryahall.com.
  • Ho’oponopono. Joe Vitale has an amazing new book that walks you through the basics of Ho’oponopono. This is seriously the real deal healing method. I do it daily… any downtime or moments of confusion are filled with Ho’oponopono.
  • Sedona Method. Hale Dwoskin invented this awesome model to help you to understand whether the feelings you are having are real or not. Is it real, is it true… most of the time when you finish this inner dialogue you have released whatever “it” was.
  • 3-D Workout Dianne Woodruff offers a remarkable "Therapeutic Fitness" system that helps to
eliminate pain, markedly reduce chance of injury (AND dissolve troublesome fat pockets.) 3-D Workout was designed to restore the body’s basic organizational patterns while building strength and coordination. Whether you are recovering from injury or want to virtually eliminate chance of injury, this will do the trick! These are two videos that will change your life.

So there is a short
list of things you can do, review them let these choices sit with you, open
yourself to the energetic essences, and use your inspiration to make a choice.
That process is yet another exercise for you. Right now take a look at your “to
do” list. Now take deep breath relax into the moment, find your center. From
this place of calm take another look at the list, without thinking about it,
what is calling to you? Maybe there is something that is not on your list (like
something you really love to do), add it to the list. Then do that which is
calling you the most, do what is creating a yearning inside of you. Writing
this blog right now is that for me. This is working from inspired action and it
will guide you unerringly to your goals. This is how to start living more
deliberately.

Visualization Techniques From Jack Canfield

Jack Canfield featured Star of The Secret and co-founder of the Chicken Soup for the Soul Franchise
(who also endorsed my mini movies
and book The Big Book of You ) wrote
an amazing article offering a step-by-step guide to visualizing your dreams. I
think this is powerful because it puts you into several perspectives of your
vision likely stimulating several neural pathways.

My consistent advice is to feel the feelings of having what
you want during this process. Not a “lottery wining” type feeling but the real
deal; you now live this live, what does that feel like in your body, in your
mind and in your soul? Thanks Jack for this great insights!

Visualize
and Affirm Your Desired Outcomes: A Step-by-Step Guide

You
have within you an awesome power that most of us have never been taught to use.
Elite athletes use it. The super rich use it. And peak performers in all fields
are now starting to use it. That power is called visualization. The daily
practice of visualizing your dreams as already complete can rapidly accelerate
your achievement of those dreams. Visualization of your goals and desires
accomplishes four very important things.

1. It activates your creative subconscious which will
start generating creative ideas to achieve your goal.

2. It programs your brain to more readily perceive and
recognize the resources you will need to achieve your dreams.

3. It activates the law of attraction, thereby drawing
into your life the people, resources, and circumstances you will need to
achieve your goals.

4. It builds your internal motivation to take the
necessary actions to achieve your dreams.

Visualization
is really quite simple. You sit in a comfortable position, close your eyes and
imagine — in as vivid detail as you can — what you would be looking at if the
dream you have were already realized. Imagine being inside of yourself, looking
out through your eyes at the ideal result.

Mental Rehearsal

Athletes
call this visualization process “mental rehearsal,” and they have been using it
since the 1960s when we learned about it from the Russians. All you have to do
is set aside a few minutes a day. The best times are when you first wake up,
after meditation or prayer, and right before you go to bed. These are the times
you are most relaxed. Go through the following three steps:

1. Imagine sitting in a movie theater, the lights dim, and
then the movie starts. It is a movie of you doing perfectly whatever it is that
you want to do better. See as much detail as you can create, including your
clothing, the expression on your face, small body movements, the environment
and any other people that might be around. Add in any sounds you would be
hearing — traffic, music, other people talking, cheering. And finally, recreate
in your body any feelings you think you would be experiencing as you engage in
this activity.

2. Get out of your chair, walk up to the screen, open a
door in the screen and enter into the movie. Now experience the whole thing
again from inside of yourself, looking out through your eyes. This is called an
“embodied image” rather than a “distant image.” It will deepen the impact of
the experience. Again, see everything in vivid detail, hear the sounds you
would hear, and feel the feelings you would feel.

3. Finally, walk back out of the screen that is still
showing the picture of you performing perfectly, return to your seat in the
theater, reach out and grab the screen and shrink it down to the size of a
cracker. Then, bring this miniature screen up to your mouth, chew it up and
swallow it. Imagine that each tiny piece — just like a hologram — contains the
full picture of you performing well. Imagine all these little screens traveling
down into your stomach and out through the bloodstream into every cell of your
body. Then imagine that every cell of your body is lit up with a movie of you
performing perfectly. It’s like one of those appliance store windows where 50
televisions are all tuned to the same channel.

When
you have finished this process — it should take less than five minutes — you
can open your eyes and go about your business. If you make this part of your
daily routine, you will be amazed at how much improvement you will see in your
life.

Create Goal Pictures

Another
powerful technique is to create a photograph or picture of yourself with your
goal, as if it were already completed. If one of your goals is to own a new
car, take your camera down to your local auto dealer and have a picture taken
of yourself sitting behind the wheel of your dream car. If your goal is to
visit Paris, find a picture or poster of the Eiffel Tower and cut out a picture
of yourself and place it into the picture. With today’s technology, you could
probably make an even more convincing image using your computer.

Create a Visual Picture and an Affirmation
for Each Goal

We
recommend that you find or create a picture of every aspect of your dream life.
Create a picture or a visual representation for every goal you have —
financial, career, recreation, new skills and abilities, things you want to
purchase, and so on.

When
we were writing the very first Chicken Soup for the Soul® book, we took a copy
of the New York Times best seller list, scanned it into our computer, and using
the same font as the newspaper, typed Chicken Soup for the Soul into the number
one position in the “Paperback Advice, How-To and Miscellaneous” category. We
printed several copies and hung them up around the office. Less than two years
later, our book was the number one book in that category and stayed there for
over a year!

Index Cards

We
practice a similar discipline every day. We each have a list of about 30-40
goals we are currently working on. We write each goal on a 3×5 index card and
keep those cards near our bed and take them with us when we travel. Each
morning and each night we go through the stack of cards, one at a time, read
the card, close our eyes, see the completion of that goal in its perfect
desired state for about 15 seconds, open our eyes and repeat the process with
the next card.

Use Affirmations to Support Your
Visualization

An
affirmation is a statement that evokes not only a picture, but the experience
of already having what you want. Here’s an example of an affirmation:

I am happily vacationing 2 months out of the
year in a tropical paradise, and working just four days a week owning my own
business.

Repeating
an affirmation several times a day keeps you focused on your goal, strengthens
your motivation, and programs your subconscious by sending an order to your
crew to do whatever it takes to make that goal happen.

Expect Results

Through
writing down your goals, using the power of visualization and repeating your
affirmations, you can achieve amazing results. Visualization and affirmations
allow you to change your beliefs, assumptions, and opinions about the most
important person in your life — YOU! They allow you to harness the 18 billion
brain cells in your brain and get them all working in a singular and purposeful
direction.

Your
subconscious will become engaged in a process that transforms you forever. The
process is invisible and doesn’t take a long time. It just happens over time,
as long as you put in the time to visualize and affirm, surround yourself with
positive people, read uplifting books and listen to audio programs that flood
your mind with positive, life-affirming messages.

Repeat
your affirmations every morning and night for a month and they will become an
automatic part of your thinking — they will become woven into the very fabric
of your being.
